When making your reservation, kindly include the nine-digit voucher reference number in the special instructions section. Vouchers cannot be redeemed on select holidays including Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Mother's/Father's Day and Easter Weekend. Vouchers must be presented upon arrival in digital format (displayed on your phone or as a downloaded PDF). Printing is not necessary. All vouchers remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise specified on limited edition vouchers. Unused vouchers will expire after this period with no entitlement to refund or exchange. Extension beyond the stated validity period is not possible. Menu prices and experience rates are subject to seasonal adjustments. Should the menu or experience price differ from the purchase price at the time of dining, the monetary equivalent of the original amount paid will be applied to the final bill.
